Cancellation Policy
At J Hornor Salon we understand that things come up. Unfortunately, absorbing the cost of no-shows & last minute cancellations isn’t sustainable for a small business.
To avoid any late fees, we require at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a 50% cost of the service booked.
No Call, No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, the card we have on file will be charged 100% of the services booked. If there is not a card on file, it will be required to be paid before booking your next appointment.
Late Guest: If you are going to be a few minutes late to your appointment & are able to let us know via call or text, that is greatly appreciated (but please drive safely!) If you are up to 10-15 minutes late to your appointment, it may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or canceled.
Sickness or Emergency: The cancellation policy will be waived for sickness and emergencies. If the clients start to experience any sickness symptoms the morning of their appointment, we require that they reschedule. Again, as much notice as possible is greatly appreciated.
