Meet Our Owner!

My career as a stylist began over twenty years ago. I often leave at the end of a long day thankful that I get to spend it doing what I love for people that are like family to me. Speaking of family I have been married to my best friend since 1999 and we have two beautiful daughters.

In July of 2022 I decided to take a leap of faith and purchase my own salon. Establishing J Hornor Salon. Although ownership comes with its own challenges I haven’t looked back.

Erin specializes in:

Color - blondes, balayage, ombré, color melts, highlight/lowlight, money piece, and customized color

Cuts - short, long, layered, kids, and men cuts

Styling - volumized blow outs, straightening, beach waves, and curls

Hair extensions - k-tips or keratin bond.

Early in my career I went to California for a week of intensive cutting classes which gave me the appreciation of precision. I have and continue to attend different Redken color classes based on the different color lines and techniques that are ever evolving. I was certified in extension over 10 years ago as well as how to cut and blend them. I continue to take classes online and in person. Education is a significant part of our industry. As the owner and working stylist it is a priority to continue to educate not only myself but all of the stylist in the salon.

Meet Callie! Callie has been a stylist 14 years! Her favorite service is blonding which include balayage and foiling! She and her husband Luke have 3 of the cutest sons (but were biased) Wyatt, Cason, and Branch. Callie is always on top of the latest hair trend to make sure your hair needs are satisfied! Stylist/ Assistant

Ali is our life of the party. If you’ve met her, you’ve loved her. Ali specializes in gorgeous blowouts, blonding that is customized to your hair dreams and extensions. Ali is no longer accepting new clients.

Stylist

Rayvn is our sunshine girl! Her focus is everything color and extensions! She has been doing hair for 2 years! Rayvn graduated from Athens Tech and her main goal is continuing her education and staying on top of trends to provide the best services for her clients. Rayvn is accepting new clients!

Assistant

Riley is in cosmetology school at Lanier Tech and loves helping everyone in the salon. She loves gaining experience and can’t wait to start as a stylist next year!
